Delivery: Carpenters Tool Belt - moving forward all Carpenters Tool Belt orders with a value of $100 or more will be sent out "signature required". We feel that this will protect both of us from potential loss.

Shipping Time: From the time you place your order to delivery is usually about 5 - 10 working days in Australia and New Zealand. If items are backordered or if there are other unforeseen problems, delivery could take as much as 3 weeks. Call or email us to check on your order if it is taking longer than you expect.

Packaging: All products are shipped in plain brown overwrap boxes or paper. Only the shipping label appears on the package with the mailing address and the return address of the shipper showing.

We regularly ship via Australia Post, New Zealand Post and Overseas Courier Companies but New Zealand Post is our default shipper in most cases.  If you have a preference as to shipping method please let us know at the time you place your order.

New Zealand - Postage and Packaging costs range from $8 - $60. Price is dependent on the order size.

USA - Postage and Packaging costs range $20.00 - $60. This is dependent on the order size.
